Nine of the properties in Oaks Meadow are set aside for local residents through Powys County Council’s Local Needs Scheme. This initiative allows buyers to purchase these homes at a discounted market rate as calculated by the council, with the added benefit of owning them outright with a freehold title. The commitment to affordability extends to future buyers, as these homes must not be resold as buy-to-let investments, holiday homes, or second residences.

All homes in Oaks Meadow will feature off-road parking, and detached plots will benefit from single garages. The inclusion of oil-fired central heating, extensive floor, wall, and loft insulation, and solar roofing ensures that these homes are not just affordable but also environmentally responsible.
