The Rowan is the larger of the three-bedroom bungalows in our standard range, complete with garden, parking & detached double garage. Hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, main bathroom, en-suite shower room. All three bedrooms have room for a double bed and all include fitted wardrobes.

Reservation Process

A £1000 reservation fee will secure the property at a fixed price until exchange of contracts, which would normally be expected with 8 weeks of the contracts of sale being received by the buyer’s solicitor. A conditional exchange of contacts subject to a mortgage offer being issued at a later date is acceptable. Should you decide not to proceed with the purchase for any reason the reservation fee would be refunded less reasonable expenses.
